In the closing moments of the auction, (9pm est ), if a bid is received during the last 2 minutes,( 8:58-9:00) the auction will be extended for 2 more minutes til 9:02, each time a bid is received the auction will continue until no further bids are received within a 2 minute period.

 BIDS must be whole dollar amounts.
